You are creating all the time, often by default. Learn how to consciously create the life you truly want.
Identify and understand the patterns and beliefs that can get in the way of our amazing abilities and begin to tune into your intuition, Higher Guidance and the flow of the Universe.
In this six week program, through discussion, music, guided meditation, games and arts and crafts, participants clarify what they really want, ask for it, and open their hearts to receive.
This is work that is both profound and light-hearted. Groups are no larger than 10 people, with lots of individual attention and a loving and supportive atmosphere.
This program is also available for one-to-one mentoring, in person or by phone.
Crystals for Health and Happiness
If you are drawn to these beautiful gifts from the earth, but don't know quite what to do with them, this three hour afternoon workshop is for you. Learn about the history of healing with minerals, how to choose, cleanse and program crystals, and the specific properties of a wide variety of stones.
This is a hands-on, highly experiental class. You will interact with every stone we talk about and take home a basic healing kit
